PARISH HALL
The Committee would like to let parishioners know that the Hall will always be available for those who wish to use it at the time of a bereavement in the family.
A Sub-Committee has been formed to ensure, in consultation with you and your family, that everything will be carried out with as little intrusion as possible.

MEALS ON WHEELS
Our Meals on Wheels project is now in its second year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody involved in the project but especially our drivers, without whom we simply could not operate.
The project provides a hot meal from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays for €5.00.
A ten day menu is available and if there is any particular meal that doesn't appeal to you, you can contact us and a suitable replacement will be made available to you.
I do hope you see this project for what it is, a service to our community, one that we are delighted to be able to provide
If you are considering using this service we will be delighted to be of help.
Please contact Fr. Kavanagh. p.p. - 053 93 83136 / 087 2324549

IRELAND REACHING OUT
It helps local communities, largely through voluntary effort, to trace the people who have left their parishes, seeking to find them and their living descendants worldwide. They are then invited to learn more about where their people came from and to invite them to become part of an extended virtual global community connected to the area.
We would like the help of the people in your parish, those who have a particular interest, knowledge or know the history of the area.
Please contact Laura in Ireland Reachcing Out on:
087 7718432 or at info@irelandxo.com

CHURCH READERS
We always like to have a new influx of people volunteering for reading at weekend masses, we would especially like to have some new recruits for the 7. 00pm Mass on Saturdays. If you feel you can help in this way we would very much appreciate it.

ADORATION OF BLESSED SACRAMENT
Adoration takes place each Wednesday from 10. 00am to
8. 00pm. If you feel you could give an hour of your time, a half hour or even give us your name as a substitue for those who may not be able to attend on any given Wednesday, we would most certainly appreciate it. Please contact either Maura Kirwan or Fr. Kavanagh.

PHONE ALARMS
If you are sixty-five or over you qualify for a grant for a phone alarm in your house. And now for an extra €30 you can have an alarm that activates itself to call for help if you fall and are finding it difficult to get to the upright position.
If you are interested please contact Fr. Kavangh anytime from February 12th onwards when such phones will be available.
